The point of this isn't to shit on you for posting a picture, but I don't think it's a good idea to give advice and say "I know how to dress well when I need to" to support your statement and then post a picture that IMO falls a bit flat. The shirt fits your body well, otherwise. Also, it's hard to tell from the photo but those pants look pleated and overall boxy around your hips. That flat, semi-spread collar is a pretty sloppy 90s-esque sort of look, ironing it with starch would be an improvement, but there's a reason why button-down collars are the go-to in business casual situations. No one is going to give you shit for wearing t-shirts in the wild and supporting local bands around you, in fact I think it's great you put your money where your mouth is and support bands, but someone may give you shit for telling others it's fashionable on an fashion advice forum. It's not usually a great way to support your statements (you didn't say the "girls love when I wear them" comment, but saying "any girl who doesn't like them doesn't matter" is sort of irrelevant). Lots of people on here don't get interested in fashion to attract potential partners. Whatever you do, wear whatever you choose with confidence. If you are looking for a more specific response from the guys here, I would encourage you to post a few examples, or even post to one of the WAYWT threads. You can check out the sidebar for some fit guides if you want, to make those graphic tees look extra flattering. If you like graphic tees, and you have those favorites that are the most comfortable shirt you own, I say screw what other people think. It's almost become a hobby that I constantly struggle with, but consistently have fun doing. Since I buy my own clothes now, I have complete control over what I buy and wear. Not sure how old you are, but from 13-19 I wore all graphic tees (video games and whatnot) and loved it (aside from the huge AE and Aero logo ones, but as my parents were buying them, I had no right to complain.) Now I want to create an actual style for myself, and need to dress better for internships and other occssions. I know that MFA kinda has a bias against graphic tees, but I think the advice you'll hear a lot around here is that a well fitting graphic tee is better than a non-fitting v-neck or the like.
